Both the major Wall Street indices declined on Thursday on expected weakness in the housing market and concerns over the outlook for interest rates.While the Dow dropped 75 points to 11,331, the Nasdaq Composite was down 13 points to 2155.Indian ADRs also largely dropped yesterday. Satyam was down nearly 1% to $37.63. Infosys, Wipro and HDFC Bank closed with losses.Tata Motors gained 1.7% to $19.50. ICICI Bank and WNS finished with marginal gains.
