While the Nikkei has slumped 108 points to 15,988, the Hang Seng has gained 37 points at 15,849.The Dow Jones slipped 68 points to 11,069, and the Nasdaq was down four points at 2279. The US crude oil futures for April delivery dropped 47 cents to settle at $60.54 a barrel on the NYMEX.The Indian ADRs ended mostly in red. VSNL plunged 3.4% to $16.79, and MTNL slipped 2.3% to $6.84. HDFC Bank dropped 2.3% to $52.75, and ICICI Bank declined 1.7% to $30.50. Satyam, up 1.2%, at $40.54 was the sole major gainer.
