Edserve Soft finally ended 5% at its upper limit of Rs 39.50. The counter witnessed trades of 64,065 shares as against its two week daily average traded vollumes of of 87,238 shares.

Edserv Softsystems has hit the upper limit on receiving a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Mother Teresa University.
The stock today opened at Rs 39.45. It touched a low of Rs 38.50 and the stock is now locked at its 5% upper circuit at Rs 39.50.
The counter has clocked volumes of 55,827 shares on the BSE so far as against the two-week daily average traded volumes of 87,238 shares. 28,685 buy orders are pending at the BSE counter so far.
According to a release issued by the company to the BSE, it has bagged a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Mother Teresa University to implement EdCademy. EdServ shall install the EdCademy system that includes learning, assessment and placement engines through its secured web portals.
Further, EdServ posted 46% rise in the net of Rs 3.69 crore for the year ended March 31, 2009 as compared to the Rs 3.94 crore in the previous year.
