Shares of e-learning services provider Edserv Softsystems today got listed down 8.33 per cent from its issue price of Rs 60 on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Edserv Softsystems opened at Rs 55, which is also its day's low. It, however, touched an intra-day high of Rs 110.40 on the BSE and was later trading at Rs 107.70.
More than 1.10 crore shares changed hands on the bourse.
A similar movement was seen on the National Stock Exchange, where the scrip opened at Rs 60. It touched a low of Rs 58.20 and a high of Rs 108. It was later trading at Rs 103.65, up 72.75 per cent. Over 76.37 lakh shares got traded on the NSE.
The company has come with 1.20 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each.
