The foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 1998.3 crore in futures and options segment on Tuesday.
According to the data released by the NSE, FIIs were net buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 85.04 crore, and they also bought index options worth Rs 1283.22 crore.
They were net buyers of stock futures to the tune of Rs 623.67 crore and they purchased stock options worth Rs 6.90 crore.
