Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 687.19 crore (provisional) on Tuesday, according to data released by BSE.
While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 2,445.60 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 3,132.79 crore.
Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net sellers of Rs 7.65 crore on Tuesday. While DIIs made gross purchases of Rs 1,151.50 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 1,159.15 crore.
FIIs were net buyers of Rs 409.70 crore on Monday, August 11, according to data released by Sebi on Tuesday. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 2,958.10 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 2,548.40 crore.
Mutual funds (MFs) were net buyers of Rs 454.80 crore on Monday. MFs made purchases of Rs 850.80 crore and sales of Rs 396 crore.
