Eye-exercise? You may think you get enough of it. After all you spend most of your time using your eyes - reading stuff, watching TV, browsing the net on a computer screen.
Well, the line separating use from abuse is getting thin these days. The only remedy is eye exercise, and you could start right where you work, says Sankara Chaitanya of Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Nataraja Centre in Delhi, a non-profit, voluntary organisation founded by Swami Vishnu-devananda for promoting yoga for good health.
