The stocks of companies engaged in the platics business have had a mixed run on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Ambitious Plastomac rose from 90 paise on October 8, to today's close of Rs 1.54 and Acrysil from Rs 8.25 to Rs 11.50. Caprihans increased from Rs 47.95 to Rs 57 and Hydro S & S Industries from Rs 24.35 to Rs 30.25. Jasch Industries gained from Rs 5.33 to Rs 7, Kalpana Industries from Rs 9.83 to Rs 12 and Kisan Mouldings from Rs 8.19 to Rs 8.19.

National Plastic firmed up from Rs 4.80 to Rs 5.99, Nilkamal Plastics from Rs 56 to Rrs 63.30 and Plastiblends from Rs 79.50 to Rs 94.90.

Poddar Pigments moved from Rs 8.25 to Rs 9.30, Peacock Industries from Rs 3.33 to Rs 5.03 and Pearl Polymers from Rs 7.90 to Rs 12.05. Supreme Ind rose from Rs 183 to Rs 216.35. Tainwala Chem was staedy at Rs 5.33.

Bright Brothers strengthened from Rs 13.78 to Rs 29.95, Unimin India from Rs 1.99 to Rs 4.16 and Milton Plastics from Rs 6.28 to Rs 8.31.

Tokyo Plast International rose from Rs 4.09 to Rs 4.86.
