Barring a rise in gram and its dal on retailers demand, other commodities prices remained steady in the wholesale pulses market today.
Traders said pick-up in retailers demand against fall in arrivals from producing region mainly helped gram and its dal prices to move up.
In the national capital, gram rose by Rs 125 to Rs 2,800-2,825, while its dal local and best quality traded higher at Rs 3,200-3,215 and Rs 3,400-3,500 against last close of Rs 3,175-3,190 and Rs 3,350-3,475 per quintal, respectively.
