Hindalco GDR up 1.31%

ADR/GDR REOUND-UP

The Instanex Skindia DR Index (ISDI) was down 0.90 per cent to 1431.99 on August 5 at 5.00 pm IST. Among ISDI GDR stocks, two advanced, one remain unchanged and four lost ground.

The gainers were Hindalco, up 1.31 per cent to $30.90 and State Bank of India, up 0.39 per cent to $46.58. The major losers were L&T, down 2.08 per cent to $30.60, ITC, down 1.52 per cent to $39.00 and Ranbaxy Labs, down 1.28 per cent to $11.60.

In the previous day's trades, among ISDI ADRs stocks, one advanced and seven lost ground. The only gainer was VSNL, up 7.97 per cent to $19.92. The losers were ICICI Bank, down 3.38 per cent to $24.31, MTNL, down 3.29 per cent to $7.35 and Satyam, down 2.21 per cent to $29.70.

Instanex Skindia DR Index was down 0.71 per cent to 1432.54 on August 4 & was trading at a P/E of 22.21.
