Indian global depository receipts (GDR) traded higher in mid session in London on Friday.
Wall Street traded higher in the opening session, but a string of economic reports measuring US personal income, consumer sentiment and manufacturing growth may shade sentiment early in the day. key Asian markets also closed higher.
The Instanex Skindia DR Index (ISDI), which tracks 15 actively traded Indian depository receipts, gained around two per cent to 511.32. GDR of Larsen & Toubro rose 7.22 per cent to $9.65. Hindalco climbed 2.41 per cent to $14.85 and Ranbaxy Laboratories jumped 2.28 per cent to $15.70.

However, Bajaj Auto GDR traded flat at $10.70. On Thursday, ISDI gained 1.39 per cent to 507.19. ISDI P/E ratio also increased by 1.54 per cent to 10.63.
Indian securities listed on the US exchanges edged up on Thursday. Infy, the Infosys Tech ADR, rose 75 cents to $43.25; Wit, the Wipro ADR, jumped 5 cents to $19.30 and Say, the Satyam Computer ADR, added 15 cents to 8.30.
