InterGlobe Aviation, which runs the IndiGo airline, has dipped 4.4% to Rs 1,092 on the BSE in early morning trade after the company said deliveries of Airbus A320 neo aircraft will be delayed due to “industrial reasons”.

On December 17, 2015 after close of business hours, we have received an official notification from Airbus that the A320 neo aircraft, the first of which was to be delivered on December 30, 2015 has been delayed due to “industrial reasons”, InterGlobe Aviation said in a stock exchange filing.

“At this time, IndiGo does not have a clear visibility of its future A320 neo delivery schedule and the potential for additional delays exist. We are looking at mitigating the potential shortfall in capacity through other options,” it added. CLICK HERE TO READ FULL REPORT.
