ITC GDR up 2.38%

Among ISDI GDR stocks, 4 advanced and 3 remained unchanged. The major gainers were""ITC, up 2.38 per cent to $38.75, Reliance, up 1.97 per cent to $28.50 and L&T, up 1.61 per cent to $28.45 with volume of 8,948 GDRs.

Among ISDI ADRs, 2 advanced and 6 lost ground. The gainers were""VSNL, up 1.27 per cent to $11.95 with volume of 174,800 ADRs and ICICI Bank, up 1.14 per cent to $23.04 with volume of 567,100 ADRs.

The major losers were""Wipro, down 1.23 per cent to $20.82 with volume of 186,600 ADRs, HDFC Bank, down 1.10 per cent to $48.49 with volume of 147,500 ADRs and MTNL, down 0.88 per cent to $6.75 with volume of 47,700 ADRs.

Instanex Skindia DR Index was down 0.75 per cent to 1321.78 on Thursday and was trading at a P/E of 21.09.
