ITC GDR up 2.60%

ADR/GDR REPORT

The Instanex Skindia DR Index (ISDI) was up 0.98 per cent to 1364.82 in the early morning trades. Among the ISDI GDR stocks, four advanced, three lost ground.

The major gainers were""ITC, up 2.60 per cent to $39.50 with volumes of 22,488 GDRs, Reliance went up 0.84 per cent to $28.89 and Hindalco, up 0.53 per cent to $28.5.

The losers were""Bajaj Auto, down 1.58 per cent to $31.10, L&T, down 1.22 per cent to $28.25 and Ranbaxy, down 0.86 per cent to $24.34.

Among ISDI ADRs, seven advanced and one lost ground. The major gainers were""VSNL, up 6.86 per cent to $13.09, MTNL, up 2.94 per cent to $7, and Satyam Computer, up 2.46 per cent to $27.49. The only loser was""Infosys, down 0.10 per cent to $77.83.

The Instanex Skindia DR Index looked up 0.55 per cent to 1364.82 on July 11 and was trading at a P/E of 21.73.
