Kapas futures prices declined by Rs 25.10 to Rs 729.60 per 20 kg today, following reports of good seasonal rains in the producing regions.
Market analysts said sluggish demand from cotton industries mainly pulled down kapas futures prices.
Mounting stocks, following increased arrivals, too, influenced trading sentiments, they added.
