Stocks of solvent extraction companies and vanaspati extraction companies have been mostly falling for the last three months on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Most scrips have seen a fall with exceptions of Vardhman Industries and Triveni Engineering.

Rasoi is down by 16 per cent and ended the day today at Rs 21 against Rs 25 from the beginning of November while Ruchi Soya at Rs 31.25 ended ovr 6 per cent below its close at the beginnning of November. Godrej Foods which ended the day at Rs 2.25 today, is down by 4.25 per cent since the beginning of November.

Jayant Agro which has fallen by 11.29 per cent since the beginning of November ended the day at Rs 51.50 today. Oswal Agro Mills down by 23.72 per cent ended the day today at Rs 1.95 down from Rs 2.65 from its close at the beginning of November.

Vardhman Industries up 6.74 per cent, ended the day today at Rs 4.75 up from its close of Rs 4.45 at the beginnning of November while Triveni Engineering up by over 25 per cent, ended the day at Rs 31.30 from its close of 25 from the beginning of November .

Madhusudan Industries has seen a fall of 18.88 per cent, ending the day at Rs 3.65 from its close at the beginning of November of Rs 4.50. Gujarat Ambuaj Exports fallen by a marginal 2.06 per cent since the beginnning of November, ended the day today at Rs 9.50. while Agro Tech Foods, down by 9.65 per cent, is at Rs 34.15 against Rs 37.80 from the beginning of November.
