Low density polymer declines on reduced offtake

Low density polymer traded marginally lower by 50 paise per kg in the local plastic market today due to reduced offtake by plastic bag makers.  

Traders said fall in demand from plastic bag makers mainly kept pressure on the low density (LD) polymer prices.

LD No 40 and LD No 400 were down by paise 50 each to Rs 94.50 and Rs 96.00 per kg, respectively.

LD No 40 - 94.50, LD No 400 - 96.00 LLDP blowing 80, colour 75 HD Blowing 78, HD moulding (deshi) 80, HD moulding (colour) 87.00, PP No 100 - 82, PP Colour 103
