Low density polymer rises on increased offtake

Low density polymer prices rose by Rs 2 per kg on the local plastic market today on increased offtake by plastic bag makers.

Elsewhere other polymers, including high density (HD) and polypropylene (PP) continued to trade in a tight range in the absence of worthwhile activity.

Low Density (LD) No 40 and LD No 400 traded higher by Rs 2 each to Rs 90.00 and Rs 92.00 per kg.
