Low density polymer weakens on lack of demand

In restricted buying activity, low density polymer traded marginally lower by 50 paise per kg in the local plastic market today on lack of demand from plastic moulding units.

Elsewhere, high density (HD) and other polymer prices remained stable.

Traders said lack of demand from plastic moulding units mainly kept pressure on the low density (LD) polymer prices.

LD No 40 and LD No 400 were down by 50 paise each to Rs 90.50 and Rs 91.00 per kg, respectively.
