Low density polymers down on reduced offtake

Low density polymers traded lower by rupee one per kg in the local plastic market today due to reduced offtake by plastic bag makers.

Traders said reduced offtake by plastic bag makers, kept pressure on the low density polymer prices.  

LD NO 40 and LD No 400 were down by paise 50 per kg to Rs 99.50 and Rs 100 per kg respectively.

LD No 40 - 99.50, LD No 400 - 100.00 LLDP blowing 86, colour 75 HD Blowing 74, HD moulding (deshi) 85, PP No 100 - 82, PP Colour 103

ABS (Indian) 100, acrylic 110-120 colour 120-125, crystal (Indian) 70, colour 82, poly carbonate 170-178, Nylon No-6 205-215, Nylon No 66 - 240-250, PVC resin deshi 58, PVC pest grade 90
