The market is witnessing a subdued trend in mid-noon trades as most of the counters are trading in a narrow range at their mid-morning lows. The Sensex is now down 19 points at 6,660. The Nifty, too, is displaying a range-bound trend at 2,087 - down 11 points.Reliance has lost a per cent (Rs 6) to Rs 538. While HPCL has edged lower by 2.46% (Rs 9) to Rs 361, ONGC is down a per cent (Rs 6) at Rs 818. ITC has edged lower by Rs 5 to Rs 1,312.Satyam (down Rs 7 to Rs 414), Infosys (down Rs 4 to Rs 2,165) and Wipro (down Rs 6 to Rs 706) are still exhibiting subdued trends.SBI has dropped 1.24% (Rs 8) to Rs 657. HDFC Bank is trailing by a per cent (Rs 5) at Rs 564. ICICI Bank (up Rs 2 to Rs 383), however, is holding on to its steady gains.Hero Honda has lost 1.57% (Rs 9) to Rs 555. While Tata Motors has shed 1.64% (Rs 8) to Rs 499, Bajaj is down Rs 5 at Rs 1,073.BHEL has pared losses from its early weakness to Rs 851 - down Rs 9. While Hindalco has slipped a per cent (Rs 15) to Rs 1,368, Reliance Energy is down 1.19% (Rs 7) at Rs 568.L&T is trading with a steady gain of 1.25% (Rs 13) at Rs 1,014. While Tata Power has gained 2% (Rs 8) to Rs 417, HLL is still trading with a rupee gain at Rs 153.
