Markets open higher, Sensex up 147 pts

Jaiprakash Associates has gained 2.6% to Rs 253, Satyam is up 2.5% to Rs 502, Reliance Infra has advanced 2.2% to Rs 1,387.

Among the losers, Ambuja Cements is down 1.1% to Rs 110, Bharti and ITC have declined 1% each.
