Markets have pared gains as realty and oil indices have declined.
The Sensex is now up 59 points at 17753. The Nifty is up 15 points at 5,319.
Te BSE realty index has dropped 0.8% at 3569. Oil and healthcare indices are also in red.

The Sensex touched a high of 17,826 on opening as Asian markets gained. The index has pared some of its gains and is now up 82 points at 17,776.
Small-cap stocks have outperformed the index. The BSE small-cap index is up 1% at 9,288. The Mid-cap index is also up nearly 1% at 7,193.
HDFC and HDFC Bank has helped the markets to remain in green. The stocks have jumped over 2% each to Rs 2787 and Rs 1985, respectively.
Jaiprakash Associates has gained 3% at Rs 162.
Metal stocks have advanced. Hindalco has moved up 2% to Rs 182. Tata Steel has added 1.8% to Rs 660. Sterlite is up 1.3% at Rs 806.
Auto stocks are also in green. Maruti Suzuki and Mahindra & Mahindra advanced 1.2% each to Rs 1379 and Rs 527, respectively.
Reliance Communications, ACC, Tata Power, Bharti Airtel and BHEL are the other top gainers.
Sun Pharma, however, continues to trade soft. The stock is down 4% at Rs 1620.
Reliance has declined 1% to Rs 1,076 after its results were announced on Friday. DLF has slipped 1% to Rs 328.
The BSE market breadth is positive. Out of 2516 stock traded, 1726 have advanced while 707 have declined.
