Markets trading flat; Tata Motors up 5.8%

The Sensex has gained further ground and is now trading at 9961, up 58 points. The Nifty is trading 10 points higher at 3043. Tata Motors has clocked big gains at 5.8% to Rs 181 on expectations of the government announcing purchase of buses as part of the stimulus package. Hindalco has gained 3.5% to Rs 56, and Reliance Communication has advanced 2.3% to Rs 251. ICICI Bank is up 2.1% to Rs 473. Satyam is down 3.6% to Rs 176, Bharti Airtel is down 2.2% to Rs 703, and ACC has declined 2.2% to Rs 485.
