The Sensex is now down 91 points at 14,958.
Maruti has advanced 2.2% at Rs 679. Tata Power is up 2% to Rs 1090. ICICI Bank has gained 1.4% at Rs 723.
Hindalco has advanced 1.3% to Rs 125. ACC is up 1% at Rs 593.
Infosys, Grasim, Bhel and SBI are the other gainers.
Sterlite has slumped 3.9% to Rs 611. HDFC Bank , HDFC, Reliance Industries, and ONGC have declined around 2% each at Rs 1,312, Rs 2,396, 2, 170 and Rs 1,080 respectively.
HUL has lost 1.5% to Rs 243. ITC, Tata Motors, Jaiprakash Associates, Bharti Airtel, Tata Steel and NTPC are the other losers.
