The Medium sugar variety today recovered at the Vashi wholesale market on fresh buying by stockists and traders.
While, the small sugar variety continued to show a mixed pattern trading on alternate bouts of buying and selling.
Medium sugar quality (M-30) hardened by Rs 35/40 per quintal to Rs 2,570/2,675 from overnight closing level of Rs 2,530/2,640.
However, small sugar quality (S-30) was quoted at Rs 2,540/2,560 per quintal as against Rs 2,500/2,565.
