Menthol strengthens in thin trade

Menthol prices strengthened further by Rs 5 per kg in the national capital today on rising industrial demand.

Traders said increased industrial demand against less arrivals from the producing regions mainly led to a rise in menthol prices.

Menthol bold crystal, flake and oil prices rose further Rs 5 each to Rs 1060, Rs 1025 and Rs 970 per kg respectively.
