 Initial issue expenses will be borne by the AMC. The Debt fund will invest 75 to 100 per cent of its corpus in Debt securities and the balance in money market instruments. Minimum investment under Growth option is Rs 5,000 and in multiples of Rs 500 thereafter.

 In Dividend option, it is Rs 10,000 and in multiples of Rs 1,000 thereon. Under Gilt Fund, 85 to 100 per cent of the corpus will be invested in debt securities and rest in money market instruments.

 Minimum investment in the Growth plan is Rs 5,000 and in multiples of Rs 1,000 thereafter. The same in the Dividend option is Rs 10,000 and in multiples of Rs 1,000 thereafter. Separate portfolios will be maintained for each of the Growth & Dividend plans under the respective schemes.

 * Sun F&C Monthly FMP-1 has fixed April 03, 2002 as the maturity date when the unit holders can redeem their units at applicable NAV without any exit load. The next subscription period for Monthly FMP-1 will be from April 04 to April 10, 2002 (both days inclusive) during which units may be subscribed at the applicable NAV, without any entry load.

 FMP Series is an open-ended debt scheme having Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Yearly, 3-Yearly, 5-Yearly and 7-Yearly Series, and within each series various FMPs are launched from time to time.

 * IDBI-PRINCIPAL Mutual Fund has re-launched two Fixed Maturity Plans under its Deposit Fund. These are 91-day plan and a 371-day plan. Both schemes were open for subscription on March 26 and March 27, 2002. The fund will invest in high quality debt and money market instruments.

 Redemption of units on the fixed maturity date will be at the NAV and without any exit load. However, the 91-day scheme will carry a 1 per cent exit load for redemption prior to maturity, while the 371 days scheme will carry an exit load of 1.90 per cent for redemption on or before 182 days and 1.60 per cent for redemption after 182 days but before maturity.
