Monday saw a majority of the Indian ADRs close in the negative.
Tata Motors was the highest loser down 2.5% at $29.40, while telecom major MTNL ended the day down 1.25% at $2.37.
Sterlite Industries was at $15.77 at the end of Monday's trading session, and ICICI Bank closed at $49.20, both down 1%.
Another Tata entity, Tata Communications, shed 1% at $10.95. Dr Reddy's Laboratories at $36.87 and HDFC Bank at $165.09 were the other ADRs that ended negatively, down marginally by less than a percent.
Genpact ended at $15.44 up 1.4% to close as the highest gaining ADR, followed by Patni Computer Systems, which will be acquired by iGate for about $i billion, at $21.35 and Satyam Computer Services at $2.92, both up nearly 1%.
Infosys closed at $75.04 up quarter of a percent, and Wipro at $15.28, which traded flat, were the other gainers.
