Motilal Oswal mulls share buyback

Mumbai-based broking firm Motilal Oswal said today that it proposes to buy back shares of the company.

The proposal will be put before the board of directors of the company during its meeting to be held on April 27.

Along with buyback, the board will also declare the annual result for 2012-13 and declare final dividend, if any.

Shares of the company today closed at Rs 82.75, up Rs 1.45, or 1.78% on BSE.
