The Sensex opened with a positive gap of 224 points at 19,283, and touched a high of 19,330. However, profit taking at higher levels forced the index pare most of its gains.The index is now up 41 points at 19,100.HDFC Bank has advanced nearly 1% to Rs 1,574.Reliance Communications, Reliance Energy and NTPC are the other prominent gainers.Bajaj Auto and Wipro have slipped around 2% each to Rs 2,380 and Rs 461, respectively.Satyam has shed 1.5% at Rs 428. HDFC and ONGC are down 1% each at Rs 2,535 and Rs 1,225, respectively.
