The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Nabard) said on Monday it expects to double its concessional lending towards building new warehouses for food grain storage in the state. "We anticipate the lending for creation of new storage godowns will be doubled in Punjab under Nabard Warehousing (Refinance) Scheme 2012 after the raise in allocation in Union Budget," Chief General Manager Krishan Jindal said on Monday.
