 "NRB Bearings gains 7% on fund buying")
Shares of NRB Bearings soared 7% to Rs 120 on the NSE after Sundaram BNP Paribas Mutual Fund bought about one million equity shares of the company though the open market.
On May 28, Sundaram BNP Paribas Mutual Fund had purchased 987,735 equity shares, representing 1.01% stake of NRB Bearings at an average price of Rs 107 per share, the NSE bulk deal data shows.
Trilochan Singh Sahney (Trust), one of the promoters, had sold 1,000,000 equity shares at Rs 107.03 per share.
The stock opened at Rs 114 and touched a high of Rs 123 on the NSE. A combined 119,416 shares changed hands on the counter on the BSE and NSE so far.
