Oberoi Realty has moved higher by 6% at Rs 178, bouncing back 9% from intra-day low after the real estate firm’s share sale programme for diluting 3.49% of the promoter’s stake has received good response.
Till 1445 p.m. the Oberoi Realty issue subscribed 0.97 times has received 11.14 million bids as against 11.44 million on the block through the Offer for Sale (OFS) according to the stock exchange data.
The company’s CMD and promoter Vikas Oberoi propose to sell 11.4 million shares at Rs 158 per share through stock exchanges to meet market regulator Sebi's guidelines on minimum public share holding norm.
The stock opened at Rs 164 and hit a low of Rs 163 in early morning deals on NSE. A combined 423,000 shares change hands on the counter so far on NSE and BSE.
