In restricted activity, peas prices gained Rs 25 per quintal in the wholesale pulses market today on increased demand from retailers.

Elsewhere, other pulses continued to trade in a tight range in limited deals and settled around previous levels. Traders said increased demand from retailers mainly helped peas prices to move up.

In the national capital, peas white and green prices firmed up by Rs 25 each to Rs 2,075-2,175 and Rs 2,225-2,425 per quintal, respectively.
