Pistachio prices rose up to Rs 10 per kg in the national capital today on the back of fresh buying support from retailers and stockists.
Restricted supplies from overseas markets also supported the upside in prices.
Pistachio hairati and peshwari rose up to Rs 10 to settle at Rs 1,200-1,250 and Rs 1,350-1,375 per kg, respectively.
Marketmen said increased demand from retailers and stockists against fall in supplies from overseas markets pushed up the pistachio prices on the wholesale dry fruits market here.
