Power Trading Corp (PTC) has announced its public issue for 5.84 crore shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 4-6 which will amount to an issue size of Rs 81.9-93.6 crore.

The issue is expected to attract a lot of retail interest as its pricing is attractive. Analysts are quick in assigning a buy to the issue.
