Refined soya oil prices rose by Rs 4.90 to Rs 623.35 per 10 kg in futures trading today as speculators enlarged their positions on the back of rising spot demand.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, refined soya oil for delivery in April gained Rs 4.90, or 0.79%, to Rs 623.35 per 10 kg, with an open interest of a single lot.
Market analysts said increased buying by speculators following rising demand in the spot market, pushed up refined soya oil futures prices.
