Sebi has disposed of proceedings against Religare Mutual Fund for violation of advertisement norms for its new scheme Religare PSU Equity Fund, as per an order on Sebi website.
Sebi said the display and voice-over of the standard warning on risks associated with MF investments in the new fund advertisement was less than the stipulated five seconds. The regulator has directed the fund house to “strictly” abide by the norms.
