The gainers were Reliance, up 2.32 per cent to $26.50 and SBI, up 0.13 per cent to $38.15. The major losers were L&T, down 5.31 per cent to $23.75, ITC, down 0.42 per cent to $30.55 and Ranbaxy, down 0.21 per cent to $23.65. |

The ISDI which tracks the ADRs and GDRs of 15 actively-traded scrips closed down 0.28 per cent to 1208.12 on the previous day and was trading at a price to earnings ratio of 19.34 (down by 0.26 per cent). |

Among ISDI ADRs, three advanced and five lost ground. The gainers were Wipro, up 1.01 per cent to $21.07, Dr Reddy's, up 0.58 per cent to $17.41 and Infosys, up 0.45 per cent to $73.90. The major losers were HDFC Bank, down 1.43 per cent to $42.15, Satyam, down 1.12 per cent to $23.83 and MTNL, down 0.46 per cent to $6.55. |
