Reliance Petroleum Ltd (RPL) is reviewing its proposal to float a GDR issue in the light of the changed circumstances in overseas markets, Anil Ambani, RPL managing director, said here today.
Reliance Petroleum had proposed an international offering of $1 billion in which existing shareholders would get the option of tendering shares.
