Ricoh India has surged 5% to Rs 330 on BSE after the company said it received an order worth of Rs 1,370 crore from Department of Posts, Government of India.
“The company have got an order worth Rs 1,370 crore from Department of Posts, Government of India towards 5 year project of rural Information and Communication Technology (ICT) of Department of Posts, Government of India,” Ricoh India said in a statement.
The stock opened at Rs 318 and hit a record high of Rs 349 on BSE. The trading volumes on the counter jumped nearly five-fold with a combined 351,000 shares changed hands till 1310 hours on BSE. The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex dipped 0.38% or 107 points at 28,392 points.
