Rs 800crore fragrances, flavour sector expects strong growth

The Indian market for fragrances and flavours is expected to grow at a rate higher than the historical rate of 10-11 per cent in the coming years as rising incomes and change in consumer preferences push up sales of cosmetics, toothpaste, ready-to-eat foods, snacks, pharmaceutical products and Indian-made foreign liquor (IMFL).
