Saria prices fell by Rs 200 per tonne on the wholesale steel and iron market today due to reduced offtake by stockists, following fall in demand.

Traders said reduced offtake by stockists, as demand from constructions units declined, mainly weighed on the saria prices.

In the saria section, Kamdhenu 8-mm,10-mm and 12-mm were down by Rs 200 each to Rs 41,000, Rs 41,700 and Rs 40,400 per tonne, respectively.
