The contract will initially run for 3 years with an option to extend it further. Under this agreement, the company will provide Invista application maintenance support for five clusters across the globe covering SAP technologies. |

The contract also includes 24x7 global multi-lingual help desk support for their global enterprise applications to be provided by Nipuna, the company's BPO subsidiary. |

The scope of this fixed bid project includes the as-is run and maintenance of the five ERP instances of Invista, which at present span US, Mexico, Europe and Asia. |
