Copra Rajapur prices fell sharply at the spices market here today due to reduced demand from stockists and retailers amidst higher supply position.

Copra edible also moved down owing to lower offtake by domestic consumers.

Meanwhile, rest of the spices closed stable in the absence of necesary buying support.

Copra Rajapur Mumbai declined by Rs 200 per qintal to Rs 6,700 from last Saturday's closing level of Rs 6,900 and copra edible Mumbai lost Rs 50 per quintal to Rs 6,300, as compared with Rs 6,350 last weekend.
