The Sensex has touched its previous all-time high of 9690, and is now up 126 points at 9,676.Larsen & Toubro has surged nearly 4% to Rs 2,018 backed by the news that the company in tie-up with Samsung has bagged a Rs 2,117 crore order from ONGC.ICICI Bank has advanced 3.8% to Rs 593. Dr.Reddy's is up 3.5% at Rs 1,079.Bajaj Auto, HDFC, BHEL, Tata Motors, HLL and Cipla have gained 2-3% each.Hero Honda, ACC, Ranbaxy, Infosys, ITC, ONGC and Reliance Energy are the other smart gainers.Grasim has dropped 1.4% to Rs 1,406. Maruti has slipped 1.2% to Rs 734.Out of 2,528 stocks traded so far 1,146 have advanced, 1,310 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
