The Sensex has slipped into the negative zone and is now down 54 points at 14,756.The NSE Nifty is down 10 points at 4,493.Satyam, Bharti Airtel and BHEL have surged over 2% each to Rs 374, Rs 759 and Rs 1,831, respectively.Reliance Communications has rallied nearly 2% to Rs 492. Reliance Energy has moved up 1.7% to Rs 1,211.TCS has gained 1.5% at Rs 804. Ranbaxy and Infosys are up over 1% each at Rs 443 and Rs 1,350, respectively.HDFC Bank has plunged nearly 5% to Rs 1,179. Jaiprakash (JP) Associates has tumbled over 4% to Rs 199.Tata Steel has dropped 3.8% to Rs 634. Hindalco has shed 2.6% at Rs 161.SBI and HDFC have declined 2.3% each to Rs 1,595 and Rs 2,175, respectively. ICICI Bank has dropped 2% to Rs 742.ITC has slipped 1.7% to Rs 183. Mahindra & Mahindra and Hindustan Unilever are down over 1% each at Rs 628 and Rs 220, respectively.The market breadth is fairly negative - out of 2,465 stocks traded so far, 1,824 have declined, 585 have advanced and 56 are unchanged.
