The Sensex is now down 10 points at 6,595 as select heavyweights, tech, banking and auto stocks have edged lower on fresh selling pressure. The Nifty, too, has lost 10 points to 2,058.SBI and HDFC Bank have lost a per cent each to Rs 665 (down Rs 5) and Rs 549 (down Rs 3), respectively. ICICI Bank, however, is trading on a higher note at Rs 419 - up Rs 14 or 3.35%.Maruti has tumbled 3.59% (Rs 16) to Rs 417. While Bajaj has dropped 1.92% (Rs 21) to Rs 1,069, Tata Motors has lost 2.42% (Rs 10) to Rs 424. Hero Honda is trading on a sluggish note at Rs 541 - down Rs 3.Reliance is down a per cent (Rs 4) at Rs 560, and ITC has declined 1.13% (Rs 15) to Rs 1,342.Infosys is down a per cent (Rs 12) at Rs 2,232. Wipro and Satyam, however, are trading with gains at Rs 681 and Rs 423, respectively.HPCL is trading 2.68% lower (Rs 9) at Rs 314. While BHEL has shed 2.15% (Rs 17) to Rs 785, Tisco is down 2.26% (Rs 9) at Rs 400.Hindalco, however, has gained a per cent (Rs 12) to Rs 1,366, while Reliance Energy has added 1.19% (Rs 6) to Rs 547.
