The markets reopened for trading recovered a bit but are still down significantly. The Sensex is now down 1,288 points at 17,764.The Nifty is now down 401 points at 5267.Reliance Energy and Reliance Communications have tumbled around 9% each to Rs 1,729 and Rs 694, respectively.ICICI Bank, BHEL, HDFC Bank, ACC, Hindalco and Bharti Airtel are the other major losers.
